Immerse yourself in the world of emergency management and create your own dispatch center, strategically placing fire and police stations on real-life maps. Whether you want to recreate the emergency system of your city or construct a grand fire station atop Madison Square Garden, the power is in your hands!

Start your journey by establishing a fire station with either a Type 1 or Type 2 engine. Then, expand your emergency system according to your vision. Enhance your fleet with specialized vehicles like HazMat and Heavy Rescue units, or strengthen your police force with SWAT and K9 teams. Or why not do both, ensuring that no emergency call goes unanswered?

The game boasts extensive customization options, allowing every station and vehicle to be personalized with unique names. As you progress, certain vehicles will require trained specialists, making it necessary to set up training courses and assign personnel to specific units. For seasoned players seeking extra speed, helicopters (HEMS) can be employed to swiftly reach urgent emergencies.

If teamwork is your forte, consider joining or creating an alliance to collaborate with friends. Share responsibilities, lend assistance, and even offer your hospital or prison as a destination for patients transported by friends.
